Kinisi Flow classes

Kinisi Flow classes offer a unique and holistic approach to movement, integrating elements of Yoga, Pilates, QiGong and mindfulness meditation. Each class is carefully designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, with a focus on mindful movement and holistic wellness. Led by the experienced practitioner Giada Dilauro, participants will engage in a variety of practices and flows to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress and tension in the body. 

JudoFit

Mondays 19:00-20:00

JudoFit is an innovative metabolic circuit class that combines the dynamic movements of judo with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a unique and challenging workout experience. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and enhance overall physical conditioning. Led by fully qualified and experienced instructors, JudoFit classes begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the high-intensity intervals ahead. 

JudoFit classes are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, and modifications are provided to accommodate beginners as well as more advanced athletes. This dynamic and challenging class provides a full-body workout that will leave participants feeling strong, empowered, and energised.
