Get fit, get strong & Improve your health
Personalised Fitness for Every Goal & Lifestyle
Our fitness classes at the Community Hub are open to everyone, whatever your starting point. Sessions are led by experienced instructors who focus on helping you move better, build strength, and stay active in a way that fits real life.
We understand that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. Some people want structured classes, others want to improve health, manage pain, or support their sport. Our classes are designed to be adaptable, welcoming, and practical, with clear guidance and sensible progression.
You do not need to be a member to take part. The hub provides a well-equipped, clean, and supportive environment with space for group classes, functional training, and coached sessions that prioritise consistency and long-term benefit over quick fixes.
We also hire our facility so you are looking to deliver a class or establish your own, please get in touch.
Controlled movement for strength, mobility, and balance
kinisiflow
KinesisFlow combines strength, mobility, and flowing movement to improve how the body moves as a whole. Sessions focus on control, posture, and joint health, helping people move with confidence and efficiency. It is suitable for all levels and works well alongside sport, fitness training, or as a standalone movement practice.
Move better. Feel stronger.
Classes take place every Wednesday and emphasise smooth, connected movement rather than isolated exercises. This approach supports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term physical health. KinesisFlow is particularly beneficial for people managing pain, returning from injury, or looking to improve movement quality for daily life and sport.
