Kinisiflow classes

Kinisiflow offers structured movement sessions designed to improve mobility, strength, and body awareness in a supportive and inclusive setting. Based at Lowton Community Hub, classes focus on helping people move better, feel more confident in their bodies, and build consistency through simple, effective movement.

Delivered by the experienced fitness coach Giada Dilauro, sessions are suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Movements are controlled, progressive, and adaptable, making Kinisiflow accessible whether you are returning to exercise, managing ongoing aches, or looking for a calmer way to stay active.

Who Kinisiflow is for

improve movement & mobility

Kinisiflow is ideal for adults who want to improve movement without high impact or pressure. Classes support posture, joint health, balance, and coordination, helping reduce stiffness and build confidence in everyday tasks such as walking, lifting, and reaching.

Many participants attend to support long-term health, manage previous injuries, or complement other activities such as martial arts, gym training, or rehabilitation.

Sessions

Sessions are delivered in a calm, structured format with clear guidance and space to work at your own pace. The focus is on quality of movement rather than intensity, encouraging awareness, control, and steady progress.
