A former Great Britain international judoka, Luke is the Founder Trustee of Lowton Community Hub.
A 5th Dan black belt, he is the highly decorated head coach of Leigh Judo Club and the director of the award-winning Lowton Rehab & Sports Injury Clinic, recognised for excellence in patient care and treatment.
Luke is the driving force behind the vision, planning, and construction of the hub, combining his passion for sport, health, and community development to create a space that supports people of all ages and abilities.
Luke has been honoured as a Champion of Health and Wellbeing by Salford University and for Innovation by Sheffield Hallam University, reflecting his commitment to advancing community health, sport, and rehabilitation.
Through his leadership, the hub reflects his dedication to inclusion, integrity, and meaningful connection, providing a place where families, local groups, and individuals can come together to learn, grow, and thrive.
